A Holiday Gathering of Yoga, Intention & Energetic Gift-Giving

This December, we gather in sacred community for a unique twist on the classic holiday exchange — where crystals replace cookies, and energy replaces sugar.
After a grounding Echoes of Om yoga practice, we’ll share in a Crystal Exchange Ceremony, sip warm tea, enjoy light seasonal treats, and then surrender into a sound bath for deep rest and renewal — closing the year in soulful connection.
