Join me for an enchanting forest hike to a hidden lake oasis, where an extraordinary journey of healing, nature, and community connection awaits us! This is my personal forestland and lakefront, offering a beautiful and exclusive experience. Just 5 minutes from Lawrencetown Beach, an optional ocean swim is part of our adventure, possibly as a group. Children are welcome—my own will be joining us. Please pack your own lunch, snacks, and supplies. Together, we'll explore meditation, breath work, and forest bathing, with the opportunity to swim in the serene lake. Bring blankets or yoga mats for comfort. Located in Porters Lake, You'll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the retreat. It's free and open to everyone, so come and be part of this unique experience!
